CBSA Extension of the Re-investigation on Gypsum Board from the USA

On February 12, 2018, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced the initiation of a re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices respecting certain gypsum board originating in or exported from the United States, imported into Canada for use or consumption in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, as well as the Yukon and Northwest Territories in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

On April 27, the CBSA extended the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices respecting the gypsum board in question.
The CBSA extended the conclusion of the re-investigation 19 days due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the re-investigation. Consequently, the re-investigation will be concluded by July 18, 2018.
