If you import certain carbon steel fasteners from Taiwanese firm Lawrence Screw Products, Inc, the CBSA has decided you’ll continue to pay anti-dumping duties on those goods. This will increase the cost of doing business for those companies.
Certain products exported to Canada by this company are subject to the Certain Fasteners SIMA case.
On November 30th, 2021, the CBSA concluded a normal value review of firm Lawrence Screw Products.
As a result of this review, the CBSA has determined Lawrence Screw Products is dumping its goods in the Canadian market, as such It will continue to apply anti-dumping duties to imports of subject goods.
