Expedited reviews are conducted by the CBSA upon request of an exporter to review the normal value, export price, and amount of subsidy on goods subject to a particular SIMA case currently in force.
The CBSA advised on October 21, 2022, that it will be conducting an expedited review of certain goods subject to the oil country tubular goods (OCTG1) and seamless casing (SC) SIMA cases, exported to Canada from China by Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry Co., Ltd
Should the CBSA establish normal values as a result of this review, anti-dumping duties will no longer apply to the items subject to the review if sold at or above the normal values issued.
