The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on September 6, 2022, concluded a re-investigation of the normal value and export prices of goods subject to the following SIMA cases found in the Measures in Force:
Seamless Casing (SC)
Oil Country Tubular Goods 1 (OCTG1)
Oil Country Tubular Goods 2 (OCTG2)
Exporters who provided complete responses to the CBSA’s requests for Information (RFI) were issued specific normal values (NV). Products sold to Canada at or above these NV’s will not be subject to anti-dumping duties.
