CBSA concludes normal value review on fastener exporter from Taiwan

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on September 5, 2023, concluded a normal value and export price review of Pro Power Co., Ltd., located in Taiwan, an exporter of products subject to the Fasteners (FAS) SIMA case. As a result of the review, the CBSA has determined that the information provided by Pro Power was insufficient. As such, normal values were not issued, anti-dumping duty of 170 percent will apply to imports of subject goods from this exporter.
