The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on March 22, 2022, concluded a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices applicable to certain concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) exported to Canada from Turkey by Kroman Çelik Sanayii A.Ş. (Kroman). This means that anti-dumping duties will not be payable to imports of goods subject to this review provided that they are sold to Canada at or above the normal values issued by CBSA.
