CBSA concludes normal value review on exporter of carbon steel fasteners from Taiwan

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on June 9th, 2022, concluded a normal value review to determine normal values and export prices applicable to certain carbon steel fasteners exported to Canada from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Taiwan) by Honor Best Co., Ltd. This means that anti-dumping duties will not be payable to imports of subject goods from this exporter provided that they are sold to Canada at or above the normal values issued by CBSA.

Please refer to the Fasteners (FAS) SIMA Measures found in the Measures in Force for a detailed description of the goods subject to this case as well as the applicable HS codes.
