CBSA concludes normal value review of fastener exporter from China

Normal value reviews are conducted by CBSA to update normal values, export prices or amounts of subsidy of single exporters as necessary, to ensure that these values accurately reflect current market conditions.

On December 21, 2023, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) concluded a normal value review of the Chinese exporter Pinghu Gete Auto Fastener, an exporter of goods subject to the Fasteners SIMA case currently in force.

As a result of the review, normal values have been determined for this exporter.  Imports of the products subject to this review will not be subject to anti-dumping duties that are sold to Canada at or above the normal value issued by CBSA.

Complete details regarding the review conclusion are available here.
