The CBSA has concluded, on December 30, 2022, an expedited review of the following Chinese exporters which ship products to Canada subject to the Upholstered Domestic Seating SIMA case included in the Measures in Force.
- Dongguan Advantech Polyurethane Foam Products Co., Ltd
- Gold Lion Furniture (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
- Jiashan Foamtech Furniture Ltd.
Expedited reviews are conducted by the CBSA upon request of an exporter to review the normal value, export price, and amount of subsidy on goods subject to a particular SIMA case currently in force.
As a result of the investigation, normal values have been issued to these exporters. Imports of subject goods from these exporters which have been sold to Canada at or above the normal values issued, will not be subject to anti-dumping duties.
