CBP-Port Huron Announces Second Extension for Phase Out of User Fee Collection at Primary Booths

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in Port Huron, MI, announced they will continue collecting single entrance user fees at one primary inspection booth until December 31, 2015.

As of January 1, 2016, all commercial vehicles not equipped with a Decal and Transponder Online Procurement System (DTOPS) decal entering the U.S. at Port Huron will pay their single entrance user fees in secondary.

The November 6, 2015, information notice, PH-OFO-16-02, modifies information notice PH-OFO-15-05, dated June 30, 2015 and PH-OFO-15-06 dated July 28, 2015.
