U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in Alexandria Bay, NY announced their updated hours of Agriculture Inspection as of September 17, 2018
The new Agriculture inspection hours are as follows:
Sunday: 7 am to 3 pm
Monday: 7 am to 8 pm
Tuesday: 7 am to 8 pm
Wednesday: 7 am to 8 pm
Thursday: 7 am to 8 pm
Friday: 8 am to 4 pm
Saturday: Closed for inspection
If arrival is outside the times listed above, there is the possibility that you may be turned back to Canada.
The Port of Champlain, NY is open daily from 6 am to 2 am for Agriculture inspections.
The Port of Buffalo, NY is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for Agriculture inspections.
The Port of Ogdensburg, NY is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 am to 3 pm for Agriculture inspections.
