As reported in several publications, Canada will appeal last week’s decision by the World Trade Organization (WTO); specifically the United States’ “zeroing” to calculate anti-dumping tariffs.
The announcement was made today by Canada’s Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland in a statement today, the 15th of April.
