Additional duties are no longer payable on Hot-rolled carbon steel plate from India & Russia

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued a non-injury finding on January 6, 2016 in the case of Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Plate and High-Strength Low‑Alloy Steel Plate originating in or exported from The Republic of India and The Russian Federation.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will no longer be collecting provisional duties and will automatically refund Importers for all provisional duties paid in this case.
