Global Freight Forwarding
As Vice President, United States Forwarding Operations at Livingston, Kim is responsible for the leadership and performance of the company’s U.S. International Freight Forwarding organization. She oversees operational execution, service delivery, and business scalability, with a focus on driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the network.
Kim brings more than 25 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, having held progressively senior leadership roles since 1999. She is recognized for her ability to strengthen operations, streamline processes, and lead high-performing teams in complex global logistics environments.
Since joining Livingston in 2025, Kim has contributed to advancing the company’s U.S. forwarding operations through process improvements, enhanced supply chain visibility, and the integration of technology to support scalable growth and improved client experiences. She is known for challenging “business as usual” and driving practical, results-oriented change across the organization. She has also been an executive sponsor of our Leadership Circle cohort and contributes to the development of emerging leaders through the Women’s Leadership Circle mentorship program.
Her areas of expertise include international freight forwarding, end-to-end logistics management, operational strategy, technology enablement, and business transformation.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, with a minor in Supply Chain Management, and is a U.S. Licensed Customs Broker.
