The Dept. of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has issued a notice to importers advising that they are accepting applications for the 2015 tariff rate quota (TRQ). Applicants who wish to apply for an allocation under the specialty creams TRQ and powdered whey TRQ are required to submit their application form by July 15th, 2015. The application form is available as an appendix in the Notice to Importers.

The annual allocation period for Specialty Creams and Powdered Whey runs from August 1 to July 31.
