Jason has been instrumental in the transformation of Livingston Global Trade Management into a leader in all the regions in which we operate. With over 20 years of experience in international trade consulting, he is an executive strategist and technology expert with a deep understanding of complex data management, global customs regulations, and supply chain operations. 

During Livingston GTM’s recent four-year organizational change initiative, Jason oversaw the implementation of a management operation system, the introduction of a business intelligence platform, the adoption of a continuous improvement model, and the rebuild of the company’s industry-leading global trade management software.

From there, we align what Livingston has to offer to meet their specific needs."

The biggest opportunities for clients today: "Many businesses are bogged down by the complexities of daily execution. To eliminate drag, many of our clients need help in zooming out. My team starts with an approach that focuses on root cause determination and then builds up to opportunities to make processes more simplistic and automated. In aggregate, the gains can be incredible." 

Outside of work, Jason is an avid runner who enjoys the clarity that a long run can bring. "Longer runs are symbolic of my approach to business. Stay calm. Avoid overreacting. Keep taking steps in the right direction and you’ll achieve far more than you ever thought possible."
