Arthur joined Livingston in September 2021 and has 15 years of custom broker experience and dealing with CBP Partner Government Agencies (PGAs). He specializes in FTZs, U.S. Import & Customs Regulations, U.S. Import Operations, Drawback, Tariff Classification, country of origin, protests and post-entry amendments.
Prior to joining Livingston, Arthur was Trade Compliance Manager for a multinational, multi-billion conglomerate that specializes in electronics.
