Stacy Brown

As the Chief People Officer, Stacy Brown is responsible for driving Livingston’s company-wide people strategy and leading all aspects of the employee experience. This includes organizational design, talent acquisition, employee experience starting with onboarding, talent management, learning and development, total rewards, change management, people analytics, and internal communications.  Her team is on the front lines of driving Livingston’s customer first culture and empowering our associates, and is dedicated to hiring and engaging thousands of employees around the world. Stacy and her team take a holistic approach to the employee experience, striving to create an exceptional workplace through new programs and initiatives, new technology, great support, and opportunities.

Before joining Livingston in June 2016, Stacy spent two years at Matthews International where she served as Vice President, Head of Global Talent Management.  In this position she led organizational development, succession planning, talent acquisition, leadership and employee development, and performance management.  Stacy joined Matthews through its 2014 acquisition of SGK, a global marketing services firm.  At SGK, she served for four years as Vice President, Global Human Resources and Shared Services. Her accountabilities included leadership for M&A activity, benefits design, talent management, change management, policies and compliance, shared services, and HR systems. Earlier in her career, she held roles of increasing responsibility to executive positions with APAC Customer Services Inc. and HSBC North America Holdings.

Stacy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and contributing to her local community and various nonprofit organizations.  She also enjoys mentoring young women and up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR and people.
