CBSA Re-investigates normal values and export prices of concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on September 8th, 2022, initiated a re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of certain goods falling under the Concrete Reinforcing Bar 1 SIMA case currently in force:

Exporters who provide a complete, accurate and timely responses to the CBSA’s request for information (RFI), will be considered cooperative and be provided with normal values. In such case, anti-dumping duties would not apply to imports of subject goods from these exporters, sold to Canada at or above the normal values issued by CBSA.
