US Customs & Border Protection (CBP) in the Port of Hidalgo-Pharr, TX, has announced, effective immediately, the FAST (Free and Secure Trade) Lane at the Pharr, TX, cargo lot is now lane #6. Previously lane #5 was used as the FAST Lane.
