Reporting to the Supervisor, Carrie Contact Centre, the successful candidate(s) in this contract position will be responsible for handling incoming calls for both PAPS (Pre-Arrival Processing System) and PARS (Pre-Arrival Review System). The individual will also be responsible for responding to all general and specific inquiries regarding the carrier driven release system, as well as provide support to our U.S. Brokerage and the Canadian Brokerage Teams.
