    Livingston also provides a variety of variable-compensation programs. Commission and bonus plans are designed to motivate employees to achieve targets and objectives that tie directly to our business goals. 
    We also provide employees in non-commission positions an opportunity to participate in our annual Employee Incentive Plan or Management Incentive Plan, depending on the employee’s level within the organization.
